This week is late to go up and was a little rocky. Although I did lose some weight so that is a good thing. I had a few days of too much calorie consumption, that needs to change. I am also kind of changing the calculation for how many calories I burn when I run. There is a ton of places me giving me vastly different numbers, so I am going to go with the one that MapMyFitness gives me. That means that the week prior has different numbers which is why the work looks the same, but the calories are less. This is probably more in line with the real number. This will even out as I get more entries up. Week 2 complete!
